Welcome to Beyond the Well, a counselling practice designed to help you explore new horizons and unlock a world of opportunities.
Many of us find ourselves trapped in a world of negative thoughts, feelings, and patterns, leaving us feeling unfulfilled, sad or stuck in a place that can hold us back from realising our true potential.
In our sessions, we will work together to explore your values, goals, and aspirations. We will identify areas where you'd like to grow and develop, creating strategies to overcome obstacles and build resilience. Together, we will cultivate self-awareness and self-compassion while enhancing your relationships and overall well-being.
“The only limit to our realisation of tomorrow will be our doubts of today.”

As an integrative therapist. I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I'll work with you to uncover the root causes of your challenges and help you develop practical strategies for growth and transformation. I draw upon a variety of modalities and techniques to tailor my approach to best support your unique needs. My goal is to help you grow and develop at your own pace, empowering you to take an active role in your own healing process.
We will work collaboratively to explore the complexities of your life, examining the experiences that have shaped your life. This process will help you gain new insights, challenge limiting beliefs and negative thoughts, and develop a deeper sense of self-awareness.

Whatever the reason, counselling can be a powerful tool for navigating difficult times.
